counter cases after acquittal in 498A

Sr namaskar
I got acquittal in 498a,323,34,120B,406,506 filed by my wife.Which counter cases I can file.Also DV Act, 125 CrPC running.In DV paying maint, but in.125 to be decided soon. What I should do

Simply file the divorce case against her on the ground of cruelty. The acquittal of all criminal charges in the criminal complaint filed by your wife is very good ground for obtaining divorce from her. You can even file for the defamation both criminal as well civil claims from your wife after the acquittal order. The maintenance allowed in DV case will be same that she will get in u/s 125 Cr.P.C maintenance case, she can get one maintenance only so that you have to pay her unless you are able to prove her source of income that is sufficient for her maintenance.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration / showing his mentality.

Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors.
