Emotional harassment

I was working in an small firm where I was said to pay salary of 12 to 13 at the time of paying he gave only 10000 and said I use to come late dats y deducted. After 2 months I left the job without informing him, after 2 days I informed him about not cuming. He later called me lot and forced me to sign a non disclosure agreement. I signed it even though it was my informed me prior or neither was taken from other employee who left job on d spot. During working der it had filled some IT RETURNS of my relatives and friends after sitting late in office without informing him. Now he is asking me the fees since I used his pc and winman software for working. Otherwise he said he will take legal action against me. He is putting emotional pressure on me. Kindly help me what should I do. should I pay him because he didn't work on it. I just used his pc for working.

Try if there is possibility of any amicable settlement.

If not, you can wait, if he takes any step oppose and defend legally.

Don't be so panicky. Presently you don;t face any problem. It is useless to get any advice in the absence of any problem. In future, if he takes any legal action, ask for opinion as based on the nature of action proposed by any legal notice or the case filed against you.

Ask the employer to supply the salary slips showing earned wages,OT, deductions.....

In any future establishment ask the employer to supply the salary slips showing earned wages,OT, deductions.....offer/appointment letter...............keep attendance record, clocked work hours, and take leave by submitting written intimation, resign by supplying notice/final resignation and ask to supply the acknowledgment and acceptance............FnF statement, Form16, PF a/c slips, ESIC card................handover of charge/NOC-NDC ..........

Here comes a fake expert Mr. Kumar Doab (a fictitious name) with no identity and no place of his location to make 2 vague posts, as of a race towards top of hall of fame at LCI, as if asking the salary slip can avoid any action for using PC of the employer!
