Show the irrevocable GPA and all other said docs to a senior very able LOCAL.............LOCAL counsel specializing in revenue/civil matters of unshakable repute and integrity and having successful track record, for a considered opinion based on docs and inputs................
Thereafter you may proceed under expert advise of your counsel.

Stay away from posers, impostors and entities that pose as some senior lawyer but are not lawyer but are LIAR and flaunt firms that are not law firms but are LIAR's firms and paste the picture of some very old/aged man but is abuser and loiter and stalk at online portals only to allure and fleece unsuspecting querists..........
