Please explain/ define:

1.Either ranking charge is better or parri passu?
2. Difference between parri passu and 1st parri passu?

Well sir, I'm banker by profession, question arises due to difference in theory n practice adopted in banks.
Therefore question asked to get opinion of all seniors .
