Demolition of illegal construction adjoining my ompound wall

My neighbor has illegally constructed a building (310 Sq. ft) adjoining my compound wall blocking air and light flow to my bed room. Also, they got subsidy for the building under Greenhouse scheme of tamilnadu Government.
What should I do for demolishing this illegal structure. Moreover he is abusing me daily.
I request legal experts to guide me.

1. file written complaint in municipal authority of ur zone to demolish said illegally constructed building of ur neighbor.
2. file police complaint in PS of ur area against said neighbor for abusing you daily.
3. you can also file suit for mandatory injunction in civil court against said neighbor , for demolition of said illegal building by court order.

In particular I am really grateful to legal expert Mr.R.K.Nanda for his pin-point advice. I will certainly do as advised Sir.
I thank expert Mr.Kumar Doab for his suggestion to audio record his abuses. This has not struck my mind so far. I will arrange to do it Sir.

1) Municipal Corporations do not approve any building plan to construct edge-to-edge covering 100% of the plot area without any open space around the building. Hence I have assumed it to be unauthorized Sir.

If MC does not approve edge to edge construction then you have a reason to inform and complain.
