Girl threatening me

my x gf threating me by the message that if i wouldn't talk with her she will die or she kill me.

I think I should go for NOC? can it may trouble me? she is a girl and Indian law is the support to a girl. they can do FIR..

You inform the police about the threats and get NOC from them as a precautionary measure so that the mud doesn't stick to you.eventually if something untoward happens.

Please state clear material facts regarding background why she is threatening you?.
Whether it was only a friend ship or anything beyond that, whether any promise of marriage was made or any physical relation.
