Power of attorney

In case of a major NBFC in a Cheque Bounce case is filed by POA holder on the basis of unregistered (notarised) POA and
Main Evidence is being given by another POA holder again on the basis of Notorised POA. My question is whether registration of POA
is necessary particularly for the state of MP?

It would be the decision of concerned Court to accept or to reject the same.If Court accepts it you can not object the same in the same court.

Registration of power of power of attorney is not essential for contesting Civil/Criminal/ Revenue cases on behalf of principal..Notarised . power of attorney is perfectly valid for contesting cases.

Mr.Goyal what will be the status if POA is notorised at Mumbai on Rs.100 stamp whereas minimum stamp duty at MP is Rs.1000 on POA.
Whether such POA can be used in MP?

A POA is executed in a state, and the property is situated in another state, then that POA shall be validated by the District Registrar of the concerned. while validating the POA, the deficit stamp duty if any found by the DR, then he will inform you to pay the deficit stamp duty by way of challan. after collecting the deficit, the necessary certificate on POA will be added.

Registration of power o f attorney i snot necessary. Notarised power o f attorney is enough in civil, criminal and revenue emitters to represent on behalf of the principal.
