I and my family was harassed, humiliated and distress caused by the management who were appointed by head patron of society. In court can I challenge that head patron is answerable and cause of action arose from those persons/management who were appointed by head patron.

What sort of humiliation to the whole of the family?

Also, under which state's byelaws the management is made to work under the dictates and directions of any head patron or sub-patron?

Under whom I was working they harassed us. Now case filed in court. My query is doesn't head patron responsible as these higher authority were appointed working under him.
