Mr X registered married with Mrs Y NRI in 2006.Mrs Y now abroad not living with Mr X since2010 and coming for 1 month in a year.Is divorce is possible.

Let them settle their own affairs themselves by hiring their own lawyer, why you are concerned with their divorce?
