Construction of builder floors

I have 1800 sqft. of vacant land in Kolkata and want to give it to a promoter or builder for construction of multi-storey flats. What documentation I should be alert about so that I am not cheated. Please advise.

Get the terms decided about the cost, construction quality, plan, structure, time duration etc. Meet a local lawyer and get the agreement executed.
