i live in gujarat state and i join the law course in Kalinga university, raipur.

Kalinga University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh a private university can i study law course in this university?

after law course can i register in my state (gujarat) bar council?

LLB course of Kalinga University is UGC approved and you could very well study there.All the Best.
