In govt job application form applicant name for married woman is father's surname or husband' surname?
Qualification certificate are in name of father's surname after marriage all other documents (adhar, pan, voter's id) are in husband's surname so please help to what should I write in application form of govt job.
As I already applied for a govt job with husband's surname and got selected in written exam, interview is concern department have the right to deny from giving appointment letter citing the reason of mismatch in surname of educational certificate and in application form even after producing adhar, pan, voter I'd, marriage certificate.

File an affidavit or declaration that your name is xxxxxxx, d/o xxxxxxx before marriage and the name after marriage is xxxxxx, W/o xxxxxx enclosing copy of aadhaar, pan and marriage certificate. no need to worry but you have to prove that both names (with daughter of xxx and wife of xxx) belong to you.

If your new name along with your new sir name after marriage has been published in Official gazette such a thing will not happen. If time is there go for Affidavit, news paper ADD, and publication in official gazette winch would take not more than 1 1/2 months.

Mention the surname of your husband after getting it published in state gazette.

Sir I just want to know that concern department have right to deny me from my appointment letter after written exam, interview, citing the reason of mismatch of surname in qualifications certificate and application forms even after producing adhar, pan etc at the time of document verification, if yes then what other option I have

After marriage surname of husband is used, it is acceptable practice.
If the department raise any question, inform that on educational certificates name is maiden name and now name with husband surname is being used for all purposes.
If you wish, you can submit an application with affidavit at the time of interview / through registered post that please to take on record that I was previous was known as ..... which was my maiden name and after marriage known as...... for all purposes and qualified written examination with roll no......

The employer is/are also from Indian Society (which is also being practiced not only in Western Countries but also Worldwide) and understand very well that a girl after getting married adopts surname of her in-laws.
