I was working in esens it solution pvt ltd..
I signed bond on 1 March 2016.
After signing bond my boss was treating mr as a slave always abuse me, torture me and always Threat for terminate.. and not even gives salary on time. He always pay salary of 1 month delay, & if anybody asked for salary definitely he was ready to Terminate.
some how I completed my 6 month of notice period their. On 1st October I gives him my printed registration but he won't accept that. And Threat me to black list in all software companies.
I was very mentally depressed because of his behaviour. So I stop going to office..
But now after 2 months his Advocate send me letter and asking me to pay 50000 for not completing notice period..
My salary was 7000 and he not even pay for last month salary.. now how can I manage 50k.. please help he out, I m very depressed now.

Your written English does not matter at all to serve and operate in any designation in employment.


Hopefully it was not a condition narrated in appointment letter, Bond.

The Non Payment of salary, threats, abuse, indecent/indecorous behavior of bosses at Workstation can render employer unworthy of being employed with.

Visit IT/ITeS employee's unions, Trade Unions that have embraced IT/ITeS employee's unions, your own counsel specializing in Labor Law/service matters and supply a fitting reply to the legal notice.



The IT/ITeS employee's unions, Trade Unions have taken strong actions on threats to blacklist.......

What was your designation and nature of duties?


Your monthly salary was Rs.7000/only?


Your notice period was 6 months? Is it mentioned in appointment letter issued to you?


You were in which state?


How many persons were employed in it?

Did you get salary slips each month?

Do you have evidence of delayed payment of salary?

The Bond ( or service agreement) was drafted in lieu of what extra ordinary benefit by Boss/employer/establishment e.g; some specialized training from certified Instt ?

Do you have copy of Bond?

Do you have any evidence (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted) of threat to terminate, blacklisting, abuse, etc etc?

Did you resign? If NO; what the legal notice for notice pay has been served upon you (as per your post you simply stopped going to office for reasons mentioned in your post/query……………… It seems justified since earned wages were not being paid and employee was being threatened)?
