Accused escaped

With respect to my previous query ( FIR filed as per direction from court on 420, 406, 506) & police went to arrest the accused. But none available at home. Looks like they escaped knowing the fact. This case is at vadapalani station.
Pls advice me my next steps..

Have you Obtained the FIR receipt and Details from Police.If you have the Photos of the Accused Try the Possibility of "Wanted" advertisement by Police in News Papers.Consult Your Advocate.Or you could File another Petition in High Court for the Failure of Police in Arresting the Accused and Police would take Time in Court and would Implement the arrest with in that Time.Consult A Local Good Criminal side Senior advocate.

If the accused has escaped then you have to wait till they fall in the net of Police.
So basically it is job of police to nab the accused persons.
If they continue to remain absconder then you can apply for declared as proclaimed absconder.
If the Police is not doing enough to catch them you can file writ petition as well in high court against police inaction.
