Hi m Muslim woman , after 20 years of marriage if I want divorce from my husband , what amount of maintenance will I get and till when ?

However, for your information, maintenance is not based on seniority in number of years of marriage.
All depends upon the recurring income of your husband and yours also. When you file a case, your lawyer would provide you the the approximate amount of maintenance you would be likely to get and the judge would decide on the merits of the case.

M going through bad times from 6 years.. u don't know why I hav gone through. I don't wanna discuss my personal life here. My son also doesn't want to stay with my husband .

Your remarks are ridiculous, when you say, "Dr. J. C . Don't judge person without know the fact."
A pertinent question arises, can Dr. Vashist presume what is the fact, when you admit, yourself, " I don't wanna discuss my personal life here. My son also doesn't want to stay with my husband"?
So, where the facts have been stated by you by discussing case history and background on which you want divorce?

If you want divorce, the simple answer to your problem is to hire a local lawyer to file your application for divorce in the court of law. What is the problem in that?
Even for getting divorce, you will have to discuss about your personal life and the reason for separation to your own lawyer. The court will also not give you divorce without getting pleadings of both sides in which your life can be discussed threadbare CAN YOU AVOID THAT?
You should not have tried to befool the experts by posting your hypothetical academic query and to hide that fact in the name of not discussing your personal life.

Sir my husband is having affair wit a woman and m baring frm 5 years bcoz of my son who is 10 year now
Bt after made many effort he doing it more , chat with tht gal imfront of my son , I told him don't chat in front of me and my kid bt he does it more.when I ask him to leave me he says ' remember u r leaving me , m not leaving u ' .
I don't know why he says this all the time!
M tired of his torture now and I think he does this all action in front of me besides knowing tht no woman can bare his husband busy wit other woman all the time and don't give time answers no even physical meet .
Plz advice me

Your question has already been answered. File a case in the court of law for maintenance. Your lawyer would take care of the rest of the matter.
