Formats of all types of cases with proceedures

Dear Experts,

I would be highly delighted if you people could assit me to get the compelte proceedures to be followed step by step based on the types of cases, either of Civil or Criminial & other special types of cases along with the Formats for each type of cases which will help to newly practicing advocates like me.....

But we are not delighted to see contradiction in your profile, as through your your query you have introduced yourself as an advocate, while as per your profile you are an Accounts Manager.

Any valid justification for this contradiction?

For other things, you may better take assistance from your fellow advicates in the court where you are practising.

I have booklet for most CPC rules there are ready made forms , it helps in getting grip of subject , additionally I wanted to sell some books because interested to take latest . You email me kmadhu786@gmail.com

If you take all forms and write down one by one daily I am sure eventually you will get grip of CPC very well.

Regarding criminal too i saw book with cousin , but I rarely look in criminal matter so need to ask brother and sister then can ans. you
