I have joined as asstt. Professor in a central university at Hyderabad on 12.08.15 with a lien of two years from Directorate of Education, Delhi working there as PGT.
Now my services are confirmed in the university on 12.08.16. Can I revert to my parent department. Plz help me.

You can't revert back now.

If u want to revert back, send representation through ur present employer before the lien period lapse.

You can join your Parent department or revert to your parent Department on completion of your lien period.

Apply to previous department through present department.

There might no be any term executed between you and your parent department that you cannot revert back if you are confirmed in the new department rather the term of 2 years was settled hence confirmation is not a bar but think over the consequences if you leave the confirmed employment which in turn may require notice pay of 3 months.

Mr. Amir,

Your question, "can I revert to my parent department," is purely an academic question in the absence of any problem and its background having been discussed by you.

By the way, can you please explain why you have asked this question from the members of this forum, instead of sending your enquiry to your parent department, the Directorate of Education, Delhi?

The author is mum on the question raised by the expert P.S. Dhingra ji, thread need to be treated resolved.

Author's silence for 12 days over my question clearly reveals the academic nature of the query.
