kindly help me.my younger brother's wife withdraw cr498a with my consent after7yrs trails.If l compromise with her I think court charges on us.How we all escape from the same?.

There will a battery of persons who will advise you that never compromise etc.

If you are getting riddance of the case then go for it. You can enter a written compromise and on the basis of the same file for quashing of FIR.

Closure of this case is beyond powers of trial court as it is non-compoundable.

Pettioner submit a pettition with my consent that she does run 498a case further.But I think that it s not compoundable? Plz help n give advice.With regards.

Instead of repeating same query being FREE OF COST you should have sought the opinion and advise of your counsel looking after the case.
