My father purchased a property from l and do delhi. He died in 84 and left a
Regd will, as per the will there ate three benifishries and total 8 legal hires. As the will is registered, is there any provison that the said property can be transferred to the benifisheries only, without involving other legal hiers. Just I have gone through the same query, the hon'ble Dr. JC Vashista, expert views that such property can be transferred to the benifisheries. I would like to know that if the prperty is of L and Do, delhi not purchased from DDA.
With kind regards

From the facts as understood, the property can be transferred in the name of beneficiaries mentioned in the will.

However, show all related documents to local lawyer.

With regards.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 17 August 2016
Since there is a Will and if the same is valid then the property will devolve as per direction of Will only and the legal heirs whose names are not appearing in the Will shall get nothing.
So the beneficiary can apply for probate of Will and then register their names in the revenue records.

No more to add in the wise advice of ld. Barman sir.
