What we can do if false firunder section 406 and420 is lodge

contractor has done bad construction for which we had inspection of our site according to inspection report we have to destroy our old construction and rebuilt it as per weak and bad construction as contractor was smarter he send legal notice demanandig for his pending payment of 60 thousand as he had completed consruction so we send a legal notice for repair our weak construction which was left incomplete by him or repay our damage done by him having a loss of approx 650000 rupee so as he was more smarter he has file police complain against me having section 406 & 420 now what we can do
