Regarding two wheeler parking made by managing committee.

Respected sir/madam,
Our housing society in kalyan(thane ) which does not have any parking.society managing committee made decision to park two wheeler back side of my flate.I get disturbed because of this.Is it legal decision made by committee?

Front of the society have ample space but they said it will be empty.Can i lodge complaint against society.

Did you take up and get the agenda approved by AGM?

Move to Registrar (State) Cooperative Societies if MC do not implement the agenda if approved in its general body meeting.
