basically you have not been able to convey anything.

It appears that you are on lookout to ways out to suppress the already suppressed teachers community of private schools.

If any teacher is violating any code of conduct then take action as per law.

you simply are asking "threatening to me thus want to terminate their services or want to threaten them".

This sentence itself speaks everything you mean.

This forum doe snot promote bullyism.

Come with specific problem if you have.

There are many Teacher's associations, Maharashtra Primary Education/Secondary Education/Higher Secondary Education Act, Affiliation Bye Laws, precedence's,judgments, rules, etc that lay down how the management is bound to act in a reasonable manner, and adhere to rules.

Even if you are a trustee you can not treat the establishment as fiefdom.

The question arises what was the action of management/trustee against which the teachers have united?

The rule of law shall prevail.

The trust and trusty are not above law.

If the reaction is bossy attitude then amend and avoid conflicts.

Certainly you may show all docs on record to your counsel for a considered opinion.

You have extended threat to teacher(s) through this post for which you should be taken to task, booked and punished.
Termination of school teacher require a set procedure to be adopted as per State School Education Act/Rules.
Threatening a trustee of school is not an offence for calling a teacher for disciplinary action.
Be clear and specific in your query.
Consult a local lawyer for issuance of show cause notice to delinquent teacher (if any) , seeking permission from Directorate of State School Education, issuance of memorandum of charge(s), appointment of inquiry officer and proceeding in a proper manner if you find any teacher violating law/rules.
