What should be the tentative fee of a lawyer for drafting, valuation and registration of a gift deed?

It varies from lawyer to lawyer. Rs.25,000- 30,000/- is however reasonable.

Thanks a lot sir. As far as i know, In west Bengal stamp duty for family members is 0.5% of market value but what % is registration fee?

Stamp duty and fee varies from state to state and can be inquired from SRO.

Mr. Devajyoti Barman has given an estimate which should have been double, eepending upon various variables.
However, since Mr. Devajyoti Barman, an expert on the subject and practicing in Kolkata, have quoted such a concessional fees, contact and engage him immediatly for getting the deed drafted, presented and registered in proper professional manner.
