What is the opinion of UR personal lawyer?

first thing is she filed false injury photos and doctor's treatment for injuries in court as evidence in dvc. on those our counsel had issued notice to doctor asking for any treatment. he replied through his advocate saying he didn't treat her and his signature is forged. in wife cross exam she said he had given treatment. in last minute my counsel had shown her the evidence of forged document and asked her to respond she said 'it is false, the so called doctor gave treatment'.
now my fear is will my evidence of forged document is valid or something like a piece of waste paper?
how to proceed to recovery to gold and silver items from their hands? can i file for search operation in her parents and relatives house?
she left my home on 7.4.15 while leaving she took all gold items with her. can i file extortion case?

Hi mahesh,
Going through the details I wd suggest -
1.You have two options (i)wait for the trial judge to hold she gave false evidence b4 him though she was under oath to state truth only.In that case even court can proceed against her;(ii) file criminal complaint for forgery and giving false evidence in court. Doctor alleged to have treated her injuries is a vital link.He has to be examined by you in the court if she does'nt.
Regarding jewellery theft/extortion,suffice to advise (a) You are too late for this action;(b)She can prove it's her Stridhan & get Scot free so on.....
No use getting Search Warrant.

If the designated Doctor gives evidence in the court that he has never treated her and his signature forged on the medical report, then it is a valid favourable evidence for U.
