Allotment letter from mhada

Hi,

Do any one know what is the procedure to get Allotment letter from MHADA. My father bought this property in 1975 which I would like to sell now, I just have Share Certificate & Sinking fund certificate with me to process Home loan.

Society doesent have allotment letter. Will my buyer can get Home loan?

You should first call on the office of the MHADA, consult with the officials and comply with the necessary formalities to secure the property and then plan to alienate it as per law.
