My sister's husband death before one month.

I am not comfortable with English so I am writing in Hindi. ek month pehle meri sister ke husband ki death ho gayi thi. meri sister ki shadi ko 4years ko gaye hain. unke 2 bachche hain. sister ki sasural wale bol rahe hain ki wo apne ghar Jaye. Hum ne Jo saman diya tha shadi ke waqt like jewelry, bike etc. uska kya hoga. or unke husband ke naam kch property bhi h kya wo meri sister or unke bachcho ki hai ya wo property unke sasural wale lenge. please tell me right decision according to Indian law. please help me as soon as possible.

Your sister and her children are eligible for claiming all of the husband's share. file a suit for declaratory title to all of the husband's share and partition of ancestral properties.

उसके ससुराल वाले बकवास कर रहे हैं, वह चाहे तो मर्जी से आ सकती है उसे घर छोड़ने पर बाध्य नहीं कर सकते, विधवा का पूरा हक़ है, उस घर में रहने का जिसमें वह पति के साथ उसकी मृत्यु तक रही, घर का स्वामित्व भले हेी किसी का भी हो, पति की संपत्ति पर उसका और बच्चों का हक़ है

आपकी भाषा से लगता हैं की वो लोग लातों के भूत हैं तो बातों से नहीं मानेंगे

Anonymous query is not replied. It is not made clear which person law applies e.g. Hindu Succession Act. Exception is taken. In the absence of a valid WILL left by husband the mother of husband also has equal share, if the deceased owner was Hindu.
