bail surity and bonds,,,

what actions can be initiated against persons giving bail bonds and surities where some discrepencies occurred??,, and whether the court will automatically initiate or through whom??? is there any precedence???

if some discrepencis occur then the court may like to have fresh bonds and it can be done suo motto by the court if it comes to it's notice. It would be of great help if you elaborate your problem in detail.

I understand your query as " if someone jumps bail, will the surety be answerable?" if my understand is acceptable to you, then the answer is:
court issues notices to the sureties asking them to produce the accused, for whom they stood surety. If they fail, the court may forfiet the deposit amount /security to that extent.
