Legal rights on my mother's jewels

Hi,
My mother passed away on 17 - Feb - 2005, my father passed away on
1-Oct -2015, I have a elder brother and he is married and I am still single.
My father is a government servant and he died on his service, I have already given NOC for my father's. Job for my brother. my father has left no will or settlement. In this situition, who does my mother's jewels belong to?
Please advise.

Jewels and all the properties of the parents unless bequeathed through a Will, vests equally with all the siblings.

Since you are unmarried, you may be eligible for family pension. Please verify.

In absence of any will / family settlement / understanding among legal heirs the same are to be inherited equally by all legal heirs.
