Dispute with MCGM

Sir
My grand father have land of area 650sft at south mumbai since 1955. We have all correspondence relavent to MCGM like licence, shop establishment certf, Paid taxes, NoC from MCGM on cutter machine etc. But in year 2003-04 MCGM had sent notice to vacant space in 2 days time.
Till now we have done lot of communication with MCGM team of D ward through documents, advocate and many way.
We are still struggling for our rights and justice but no one has helped us.
kindly guide and suggest a way out of this.
Also if you suggest a good advocate who genuenally fight for us.

How is the land held - on leasehold or on ownership basis? Or in other words, how your grandfather had acquired title, if any, to the property?
