Salary not given by the company tag offshore ltd

I was working in a merchant navy company named Tag offshore, Indian company head office in Mumbai. They are not depositing my last month salary as I was signed off from the ship. I mailed them many times but no reply from their side. Please suggest me.

as my contract was over that's the reason i got signed off from the ship.

All the terms of appointment letter, service conditions has to be referred, consult local lawyer.

In that case salary/earned wages till LWD has to be paid.

Approach the legal authority applicable in your case.
