Sir i want to run a Computer coaching center in Muzaffarnagar as i belong to there. And i am still a student but i want to open an institute to teach students some computer subjects including basics of computer. So Do i need to register my institute and what are the procedure for it please tell me. I will provide students certificate of courses after taught them.

You can start the Institute. However, the certificate issued may not be of much credibility.

You have to register under shop and est. Act and take license from municipality.

You can not give any certificate to trainees.
