registered will and normal will

(Querist) 24 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
my mother's father did a registered will in 1994. that will favour me and my mother. in 2004 my mother's father died. and me and my mother hold properties. in 2014 my mother died. after my mother died a another person came with a new will of 2003 with my mother's father's sign. that will favour in that another person. that person is not our relative. registered will is not cancelled. and that 2003's will is on a simple paper with only sign.

WILL need not to be registered.

and a person can make so many WILL in his/her life time. but which one is last one that will over write all the earlier WILLS.

its can be decided on a suit only.

if you want to initiate legal proceedings mean just you may issue a legal notice by challenging the same.
