Last name(name mismatch)

Dear Sir/madam,

Kindly, let me know that there is my first name, middle name and last name in my only professional qualification certificate whereas it is my first and middle name in all documents i.e., class 10th certificate, voter card, PAN and DL etc.

If there comes any problem in future due to mismatching of the name as in other documents and name in professional certificate, can an affidavit or other will do resolve the mismatch (I am working in ,and will be working in private sector ).

If I get complete name added with last name in voter card, PAN and DL etc, except in 10th & graduation certificate, will it work good in this regard.

you can file an application to rectify the error to the concern authority.

any problem to do that?

dont make much delay. it may cause unwanted trouble.
