Than i write email to HR messages . Than i write email to HR helpdesk .they told me that they got helpdesk .they told me that they got clearance from RM dated 12june but still clearance from RM dated 12june but still i m not getting my relievinng letter. i m not getting my relievinng letter. therefore i am not getting job in any co. therefore i am not getting job in any co. last 2 month i am home. it is question last 2 month i am home. it is question about my carrear. how can i gety about my carrear. how can i gety relieving letter earliest? can i go to relieving letter earliest? can i go to labour court? can i case for labour court? can i case for compensation? compensation?

Termination during sickness can be termed a bad order.


Termination has to be by a speaking order.


In case of termination the service certificate, FnF wages should be supplied on LWD.

Did you mention that you were unwell/suffering from jaundice and informed your BM on dated…………by phone/email/SMS and did you submit leave application and did the company decline to accept sick leave application in writing? Do you have medical certificate issued by the doctor, supporting diagnostics reports?

Did you narrate that on dated………………you reported with medical certificate and BM/RM/HR etc declined to accept it and did not allow you to join and on dated at time HR personnel did not answer your phone calls and did not call back?

What is this establishment registered as: Commercial,Industrial?
The Division/Dept./office where you were located last is: registered as: Commercial,Industrial?
What is its line of business; IT,Banking etc?

How many maximum persons are employed in it at any point of time, before and after your resignation?





The Redg Office,Corporate Office of the company, and your reporting office was located in which state?




What was your designation and nature of duties?



Did you have any power to sanction (not just recommend) leave/increment/appoint/terminate?

Were you confirmed or under probation period?

Does the establishment have its certified standing orders and is your designation covered by it or Model Standing orders apply to it?

Has it issued you any offer letter (after selection, before joining) and appointment letter after joining, and salary slip of each month, PF number, ESIC card, I.Card?



Do you have leave policy, HR policy, Service Rules and Regulations, Conduct and Discipline Rules, Exit Policy, that are mentioned in the appointment letter etc?





Are you a member of any employee’s/Trade Unions?

yes i have told my Reporing manager about my helth on phone
i am woking in life insurance co.corparate office based at mumbai.
i have confiration letter.
i have pf account ESIC And also id card
yes there are leave policy
