i m having 1 month and 20 days delay for filing nenewal of notary certificate.is any case law of supreme court foe condonation of delay .subject of notary only

I don't think there is any problem in it.Just put in renewal application, and if the Law department ask or explanation for the delay, you give reasons for the delay.All the best.

Appointment of Notary is only an administrative matter. The time schedule mentioned in an administrative instruction does not constitute a Law of Limitation.

Contact Registrar General who is the comptent authority to grant Notary licences.

You can attach a personal letter stating the reasons for delay in applying for renewal along with the renewal application form and may pray for condoning the delay, this will b considered by the renewing authority.
