Need a draft sale deed where part consideration is paid

Dear Experts,
I need a sale deed format where the sale consideration is paid partly and to mention that a receipt will be passed & registered on the full & final payment.

It will not be a sale deed, it will be a sale agreement, however you are advised to contact a document write in the local who will be able to draft you the deed as per your desire.
