you can challege vires of any law.

but mind it do it cautiously.

you may challenge it private capacity as well as a Public Interest Litigant.

before doing so, make a search abt the constitutional validity of the act or law to be impugned.

actually i found some data which show the real story or phase of our society.i am hindu
and i want to go agaist the prohibited law of marriage

Vicky! Already there is a lot of scarcity of girls compared to boys in Hindus and if you seek permission for more marriages then this gap shall further increase rather you demand a common civil law for all means no discrimination with anyone and only a single marriage for all the citizens of India.

Its hard, but kiran suggestion looks good. Haa..Haa...Haa... Raj sirji, there is scarcity of males then females. there are days to came where 10 girls marry a single man...Horrible days, heard some prediction very commonly known to all.

I do agree with all the learned members. If you challenged the prohibited law of marriage then whats about the society, samskar. This law is made thinking of the welfare of the society and samskar.
If you challenged the prohibited law of marriage and every body get marry the more girls, I tell you prostitution will be more. Think it.
