Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a flat in Dombivali, Naadivili Village.

As per the current status available with me, I do not have NA status of the said property.

The Builder is not reachable and hence am not able to get relevant documents for my loan procedure.

The said property is Gram Panchayat approved, while as the builder has paid a certain set of fees/charges as Under the Collector of Thane’s notification No. REV DESK II/N.A. XI 124 dated 27/09/1978 (N.A.)

As per provision given in said notification , builder was unable to fulfill conditions laid .

Request to clarify/Confirm if we as the residents/owners of said flats in the Building are able to complete rest of the formalities and seek NA status.

Will request to suggest any other alternatives , if we can write collectively to any specific /competent authority by way if RTI or seek other methods.

What is you case: Is it that you are not aware whether the NA permission has been taken or otherwise or that the building has been constructed without obtaining the NA permission?

application was made by builder for conversion into NA land . however although he has paid fees he has not complete formalities for conversion into NA . how was your building constructed without Na status . building is unauthorised . file complaint against builder before consumer forum to direct him to form society , complete NA formalities , execute conveyance in favour of society
