Parking area in a society

At first, builder has allotted the parking space. Onwards, it is divided into two parts and alloted to other block flat owners.

Builder is telling due to shortage of parking space. Where as other block flat area is less than my block flat super carpet area and those block owner are got more parking space compare to my block.

Please, suggest me, what to do?

Refer to you sale agreement/deed of conveyance.

Terms of sale agreement and deed of conveyance need to be referred. Try to have amicable solution with the builder.
