False report submitted by naib tehsildar

Sir,
in a land case which is under consideration at revenue board Lucknow and member(J) had ordered to submit a report on the said land issue by Naib tehsildar.and now Naib tehsildar has submitted the false report without original revenue record and mentioned the false rules in his report.May i challenge it to superior court as i have original records and correct rules pertaining to UP land act.Sir, Please guide how can i keep up my favour against the false report.Thanx sir

You may file objections before the Revenue Board on the report filed by the Tahasildar and produce the copies of the record u are having in ur custody and argue. As the case is still at trial stage and the Board has not given its findings in the case,the question of moving the superior court at this stage does not arise.
