hello
i want change my surname.
right now my last name is CHAUHAN now i want change chhetri .
my mother done two marriage.
she took divorce first marriage.
then she done second marriage when i was only 10 year old.

my first father surname is CHAUHAN.and second father surname is chhetri.
now i have completed my education with CHAUHAN last name.
now i want to write chhetri surname

please give me suggestion or way to do that.

Is it moral to change the biological father?
The reasoning appears absurd. Try to shed the complexity.

Changing of surname at such a advances age is not good idea.

No Changes could be done with out the Consent of your biological father that too if he had agreed for giving you for adoption with in the time.

You can change you name by executing an affidavit, inserting advt. in two news papers and by publishing in official gazette.
You may not be able to change your name in educational certificates. Name of your biological father in documents would not be changed.

the surname appearing in your educational cerificates wont be changed now . you have completed your education . no need to change your surname

You can apply for change of name as er procedure, however, the name appearing in the certificate will not be changed.
