I Want to register a co operative society in dist. varanasi state Uttar Pradesh
I want to know the following

1) Bye laws sample
2) office address to contact for registration
3) Contact no. if any office bearer who help
me for registratiom
4) Any person who help me for these
assignment if he want i will pay for it

You need to contact an advocate dealing with co-operative society matters in your state for doing needful in your case. In the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, provisions regarding registration of a society would be mentioned. You need to follow that.
