Cancel or revoke gift deed

Dear sir,

Is it possible to cancel or revoke gift deed after register in register office? what is the minimum period to revoke the gift deed after registration.

To Cancel the Gift Deeds Consent of Both the Parties would be Required at Registrar Office.There is No Time Frame But after the Gift Deed Registration there should Not be Any other Legal Transactions by the Beneficiery.Any how Consult a Local Advocate.

One can't revoke gift deed registration in the registrar office unless it is to be prove in the civil suit that such gift deed with undue influence, fraud etc.

academic query . state facts of your case . why you want to revoke the gift deed?

suppose "A" has an immovable property and he has 3 sons "B","C" and "D". Due to some of the circumstances ,"A" has given gift deed to "B" and "D" of his property except "C" .

Now my question is, Is there any right to suit to "C" against "B" and "D" or "A". and can "A" cancel his gift deeds to settle this issue.
