WE PAID LEAVE WITH WAGES TO OUR EMPLOYEES EVERY YEAR (15 DAYS MEANS HALF SALARY) I WANT TO KNOW LEAVE WITH WAGES PAID ON GROSS SALARY OR BASIC SALARY FOR EXAMPLE IF A EMPLOYEE SALARY IS GROSS SALARY 25000 (BASIC +HRA + CONVEYANCE) BUT BASIC SALARY IS 15000.00 SO HOW WE WILL PAID LEAVE WITH WAGES ON GROSS SALARY ON BASIC SALARY

In case you are simply allowing encashment of 15 days each year then encashment need not be for more than basic+DA.
