how to get propery detailscof husband

Sir, my husband owns a flat for which he is paying loan every month and two land properties in Chennai. I know the area names but don't knw exact address if property. I filed dvc mc and hmop for his adultery. Can u pls guide me how to get the property details and help me in getting my share in this property.

Dear Querist
there is no law in india in which wife may claim the share in husband's property. you may get residence order only or alternate accommodation, maintenance, compensation nothing else.

You may file RTI application before Sub-Registrar for detail of property.

you wont get any share in properties owned by your husband . you can at most have right to stay in matrimonial home

My lawyer told me that we can get stay order on his properties if he did not give maintanence. Also he s working in pvt company. How to get his salary details?
