Multiple property cancelled by gda

Sir, GDA alloted me 1 ews flat through luck draw on 2012. We have brought another Re-sale EWS Flat same scheme on 2014 which allotted another person since 1990 but we get it done mortgage own name (which is mandatory for home loan) now in GDA records we have got two flats one was gda direct allotted me and another we brought Re-sale in this condition my one flat will be cancel or not. .....We have checked GDA website my 1st flat number not shown there (which is allotted me on 2012 through luck draw) property is leaserent kindly advise..

Consult GDA or local lawyer to clarify the situation.

consult a local lawyer . i f terms and conditions of allotment are violated GDA would be justified in cancelling allotment

It is better to contact GDA Office and verify whether your allotment is on records or it is cancelled and also ascertain if cancelled, the reasons for the same. Unless all the documents are seen, we cannot give you proper advice and guidance. However, there should not be any problem in consulting the GDA and verify records. If you so wish, initially, you do not say that you have purchased another one after allotment.

In my opinion, if GDA is initiating action to cancel allotment of the original flat, it will be justified since a person cannot hold two such flats. Clarify.
