Husband has been mentally tortured by wife but unfortunately he has nothing else to produce before court in his support. Husband wants divorce but she denies. Hence, question arises "CAN HUSBAND TAKE DIVORCE WITHOUT WIFE'S WILL IN THIS CASE."

There is nothing wrong in filing the case for divorce but the onus lies on the petitioner to prove his allegations against his wife.
