Money deposit in court reciept

When ever court accepts depositing money in court for specific performance decree execution. Does court give receipt of money deposit. If money was deposited by Lawyer if the party wants to if money is deposited, what document he should request for. Or how to find out weather lawyer deposited or not.

money is deposited in court obtain orders that money should be placed in fixed deposit with nationalised bank .

generally money i s deposited along with covering letter . acknowledgement is obtained from court on copy of said letter .

request your lawyer to furnish you copy of said letter fro your records

Request the court to deposit money through fixed deposit of nationalized Bank and ask your lawyer to give you copy of acknowledgement for you record.

Normally, the court deposit would be made through Court chellan (Remittance Slip) in triplicate. No doubt, one copy of the same will be given to the depositors as acknowledgement by affixing seal.

Moreover, the deposit particulars also would be entered into such register maintained by the court.
