Dear Experts,
I have attended my 3rd hearing today at CAW cell & have been handed over with Dowry List wherein my wife & her family who has filed 498A complaint has admitted to given me & my family loads of Gold & cash.
Secondly, in the dowry list, they have also claimed expenses on education of her daughter incurred by them pre-marriage and also claimed the Litigation expenses.
Query : Please suggest what recourse should I take & how to reply in my admit list over such absurd claims. Secondly, should I ask for compliance of dowry list as per DP Rules 1985?

You are not the complainant and the CAW cell shall not accept the absurd demands on the part of your wife. Maximum the police can be directed to lodge FIR against you and you can definitely seek regular bail from the concerned court after handing over the istri-dhan to your wife/police as per list of dowry articles.

I agree with the expert advise of Sh Raj Kumar Makkad.
Generally list of stri-dhan is found to be inflated, donot worry. Handover all the articles and jewellary available (honestly) and seek bail from the Court, contest the case and let her prove regarding remaining articles/ list of inflated items.

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your valuable advices on my previous query.
My wife has also alleged in her CAW complaint that our physical relationship is not being established till date....REASON mentioned in her complaint that I am IMPOTENT & could not succeed in establishing relationship...
QUERY: Kindly also suggest how much beneficial it would be for me to get rid of this mess as all her allegations (Impotency) are false?

Yes Sir,
My marriage has not been consummated till date as she used to avoid the same (physical relations) by making one or other baseless reasons.
I just tolerated to save my marital relations but all went in vain...

The allegation of your impotency can definitely boomerang as you can file a petition seeking divorce on this sole ground.
