How to get details of a case

I want to get details of case that was fought and won in district court. How can I get the details i.e. documents submitted, arguments made, etc?

You may seek information under RTI Act.

Contact either of the party to the case, get the judicial file inspected and seek certified copy of requisite document, order etc. through the party/his counsel. You shall be denied information through RTI Act(section 8 of RTI Act), being third party i.e., not a party/authorised by the party.

Better contact the advocate who appeared for you and make arrangements for getting the copy of all the documents submitted by either parties before the court.
